About Me

I'm a 2nd year engineering student, working as a backend engineer on co-op for Insticator Inc. When I'm not social distancing at the bench and not getting frustrated at pixels in a video game, I'm writing a novel called What Astra Knew, following an interplanetary mortuary driver named Steven. Its rough draft is actually done right now. If you're interested in reading, contact me!

What Astra Knew

Mortuary driver Steven Bailey was making his way from the Pleiades when the coffin containing supposedly dead CPO Astra Voynich began shifting in the trunk. Loss, hilarities, and everything in between ensue as Steven and the annoyed and now-alive Astra scramble to get back to Earth as everything falls apart around them.

Rough Draft

What Remains

Marlboro Reds, aspartame-spiked gum, and profanities your mother would faint at are thrown around in What Remains, a comedy thriller novel based on a world after the truth about the afterlife is revealed. Currently on hiatus; I'm finding myself deeply unsatisfied with the overall structure, though individual moments/chapters have some substance. Needs work.

Other Writing

When I'm not hunched over my chair doing nothing, I also sometimes just do one-off Medium posts, some big, some small. If you're interested, support me on Medium, I talk about media, technology, people, and just about anything under the sun. Oh, and video games, because of course.
